All participants that complete the course receive a certificate of food safety, food safe and / or food handling (depending on your province). All certificates are current and valid for life, however, candidates may be required to renew or re-certify depending on outstanding circumstances from employer or food inspector. Certificates issued to candidates meet government and / or legislative standards and is issued is a wallet sized certificate. Participants that successfully complete the course will be registered into the ministry or provincial database.
